Nuffield Ireland is an independent organisation that promotes excellence by developing and supporting individuals with leadership potential, thus striving to positively influence all aspects of Irish Agriculture.
Nuffield is dedicated to developing leadership in Farming and Rural Industries through scholarships allowing farmers to study and research agricultural practices and technologies overseas.
One51 Foundation is supporting the improvement of agriculture through Nuffield and, by extension the improvement of rural communities.
The One51 Foundation is sponsoring the development of the Nuffield scheme in Ireland and supporting an individual scholarship each year.
Tadgh Healy was the successful applicant for 2008 supported by the One51 Foundation. Tadgh has undertaken research on the application and benefits of Anaerobic Digestion, from a Poultry perspective.
